Download the private report data, note the calculation profile and the fact you believe is wrong, and explain the source of the corrected birth time or place.
Purchase or delivery
Keep the receipt email and order identifier. Card details are held by Stripe or Razorpay, never Jyotisya.
Privacy, deletion, or account access
Use the in-product account controls first. If a configured account cannot be reached, include only the account email and request type.
Accessibility
Report a specific screen, browser, assistive technology, and the action that failed. Independent WCAG certification remains visible as incomplete until a third-party audit is finished.
